LeoForce is seeking a Consulting Lead Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. The role combines clinical leadership with administrative oversight of a nursing department within the Accounting + Finance sector.

You will oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor performance metrics, and guide the team through budgeting and process improvements. A strong nursing background with supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with a valid license.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, health center setting preferred.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, documentation and inspections.
Experience tracking and improving performance indicators.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.
Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
Proficiency in healthcare and office software systems.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
Oversee documentation and record-keeping accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular clinic inspections to ensure safety and health regulations.
Collaborate with finance/accounting to manage nursing department budgets and resources.
Develop and implement policies to streamline operations and improve care quality.
Provide guidance on complex nursing/health center issues to drive improvements.
Ensure ongoing training and development opportunities for the nursing team.
Act as a liaison between nursing, management and other departments to foster collaboration.
