Job summary

The Technical College of the Lowcountry seeks Clinical Nursing Adjunct Instructors for Hampton, Beaufort, and New River Campuses to deliver hands-on and theory instruction and supervise students in clinical settings.

Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing with SC Nursing License and at least two years’ experience in Long Term Care, Mental Health, Med-Surge, or Maternal Child Nursing. A current BLS certificate is required; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• South Carolina Nursing License required with a minimum of two years' experience in Long Term Care, Mental Health, Med-Surge, or Maternal Child Nursing.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and theory nursing instruction and manage clinical oversight.
• Assess student progress and performance regularly.
• Maintain records of attendance, grades, and progress.
• Direct supervision of students in diverse clinical settings.
