Job summary

An educational institution in Charleston, SC is seeking a qualified nursing instructor. Responsibilities include teaching day and evening classes, providing clinical instruction for nursing students, and conducting rotations. • Provide clinical instruction/supervision for 8-9 students on medical-surgical acute care or specialty units.
• Conduct clinical rotations on Tuesdays and Thursdays or Mondays and Wednesdays for 7 weeks, with some weekends available.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of a BSN or MSN degree.
• At least two (2) years of recent clinical experience as an RN.
• Current South Carolina RN license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric nursing experience.
• Clinical teaching experience in an ADN or BSN program.
• Excellent customer service skills.
