Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
Master’s degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
Licensed Registered Nurse in Maryland or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

Directs nursing and patient care services for multiple units or hospital; provides clinical and administrative supervision.
Communicates with nursing leadership and hospital leadership on staffing and operational issues.
Promotes shared governance, coaching, and professional practice standards to improve care experiences.
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, quality metrics, and Magnet/Pathways initiatives.
Oversees staffing, bed management, and resource utilization to support safe patient care.
