Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a registered nurse to provide triage services and health advice both over the phone and in person. The role includes assessing patient acuity, coordinating urgent care, documenting information, and delivering protocol-driven clinical guidance.

Responsibilities include patient education, scheduling emergency appointments, coordinating care across departments, and supporting new staff orientation in a clinical setting focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required).
• Preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Five years of nursing experience, ICU/ED background, and specialty certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage services and health advice over the phone and in person.
• Assess patient acuity and coordinate urgent care.
• Document patient information and deliver protocol-driven clinical guidance.
• Educate patients and schedule emergency appointments.
