Dayton Children's is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Critical Care Team at the Main Campus. The RN provides professional nursing care following ANA and Ohio Board of Nursing standards.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient and family health outcomes in a fast-paced pediatric environment. The role requires an associates degree in nursing, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and an Ohio RN license with CPR certification.

Facility: Dayton Children's - Main Campus Department: Pediatric Critical Care Team Schedule: Full time Hours: 36 Job Details: The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care using the standards of care and the standards of professional performance outlined by the American Nurses Association and the Ohio Board of Nursing. The RN interacts with an interdisciplinary team to promote the optimal health potential of the patient and family, delivering proficient nursing care based on a detailed assessment of the patient/family needs and the hospital mission. The RN promotes a patient and family experience-oriented environment and acts as a change agent to meet the rapidly changing census and needs of all customers-both internal and external. Department Specific Job Details: Education: Associates degree in nursing required. Graduation from an accredited program of nursing. Dedication to acquire Bachelors of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire.
