Qualifications

• Conducts patient experience rounds and investigates complaints.
• Coaches staff and optimizes unit operations and staffing.
• Prepares patient assignments based on patient needs and staff competency.
• Monitors patient flow and collaborates on placement decisions.
• Promotes teamwork and conflict resolution across disciplines.
• Ensures adherence to infection control and patient safety policies.
• Provides clinical guidance on complex situations and devices.
• Monitors fall risk, skin care, pain management and rapid response coordination.
• Executes hand-offs and ensures timely physician orders.
• Assists with staffing and scheduling and participates in staff interviews and evaluations.
