Job summary

AHN’s Heritage Valley Beaver unit seeks a full-time Nursing Administrator to support Nursing Administration. The role rotates shifts, weekends, and holidays, coordinating clinical services and acting as on-site administrator during off shifts and weekends.

The candidate must hold PA RN licensure with at least three years of supervised clinical experience, ACLS, and PALS/NRP where required. BSN preferred; cross-campus duties are not required for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in the area they supervise.
• ACLS required.
• PALS and NRP required for Maternal Child Health.
• PALS required for PACU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department clinical services and act as on-site administrative representative during off shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Assist Manager in providing high quality, cost effective patient care and manage human and fiscal resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and cross-campus coordination where applicable.
