Job summary

Hi-Desert Continuing Care Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee care management and nursing operations in a dynamic subacute setting. The role emphasizes leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality care, and maintaining compliance across shifts.

The position requires an active California RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of RN experience, with preference for subacute/ventilator exposure. Shift is Days, 7:00am–7:30pm, with some weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS Certification.
• 2 years’ experience as an RN.
• Subacute/ventilator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example to promote excellence in resident care.
• Assumes leadership role for daily operations and takes appropriate action.
• Delegates tasks and achieves results through others.
• Ensures compliance with State and Federal requirements.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling and education of nursing staff.
• Participates in weekend coverage and on-call rotation.
