Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute or post-acute care.
• Current California RN license.
• DSD certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Progressive healthcare experience including at least two years’ supervisory experience.
• Basic computer competence.
• Demonstrated leadership/management experience.

• Lead 24/7 operations and oversee the Continuing Care Center.
• Plan, organize, staff development, and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage budgets within the cost center.
