Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor in California to oversee care management and nursing operations for a defined patient population. You’ll conduct the nursing process, coordinate resources, and lead a team to ensure timely, high-quality care and family satisfaction.

The role requires leadership in daily operations, weekend coverage, and on-call availability, with 7:00am–7:30pm shifts and occasional holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California RN license and an associate degree or higher.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years' RN experience; subacute/ventilator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote excellence in resident care.
• Assume leadership for daily operations and action-oriented tasks.
• Delegate effectively and supervise staff to achieve results.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and infection control standards.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
