Gracewood Senior Living in Highland Park is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a full-time AM shift to lead our care team and ensure high-quality service to residents and their families.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $41-44 per hour DOQ, with opportunities to provide ongoing staff training, ensure survey readiness, and collaborate with the Assisted Living Director.

Qualifications

• Minnesota nursing license is required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.

Responsabilités

Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
• Follow up to physician's orders
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
• Provide on-going training to staff
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
• Ensure survey readiness at all times
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and problem solve
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.
