Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) to oversee daily operations of an acute care unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. You will supervise staff, manage staffing, scheduling and resources, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role also involves coaching, mentoring, and driving quality improvement initiatives, with direct patient care in RN scope when leadership is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred or equivalent education.
• ACLS/BLS certifications preferred; CCRN helpful.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with leadership favored.
