Job summary

StrideCare is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations in an outpatient setting in Murrells Inlet, SC. You will supervise nursing and support staff, coordinate workflows, and act as a clinical resource for staff, providers, and patients.

The role requires an active RN license with BLS and ACLS, outpatient nursing experience, and prior supervisory experience is preferred. Associate's degree in nursing or BSN is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow and adherence to protocols.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and nursing staff within the outpatient clinical setting. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care by supervising nursing and support staff, coordinating clinical workflows, and serving as a clinical resource and liaison between staff, providers, and patients.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises, schedules, and coordinates the daily work of RNs, LPNs, medical assistants, and other clinical support staff.

Conducts performance evaluations and provides ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.

Assists with the onboarding and orientation of new clinical team members.

Addresses staff performance and conduct concerns in partnership with Human Resources.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

Monitor patient care delivery to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Clinical nursing experience in an outpatient, procedural, wound care, vascular, or similar healthcare setting.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Associate's degree in nursing or BSN required.
