Clinical Nurse - Hematologic Malignancy Office Practice (Koch)

Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Ambulatory Office Practice Services. We seek a compassionate, evidence-based nursing professional eager to make a meaningful impact in our Hematologic department.

Role Overview:

• Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Leukemia Office Practice Model.
• Provide clinical support to staff and manage a caseload of ambulatory hematology patients receiving treatment.
• Perform patient assessments, symptom management, and provide education to patients and families.

Participate in implementing patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care. Engage in training and orientation tailored to ambulatory nursing care.

Key Qualifications:

• New York State RN license and BSN required.
• 1.5-2 years of related oncology medical/surgical experience required.
• Leukemia oncology experience preferred.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
