Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $144,638.95 - $161,626.45. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) NPs/PAs are committed to personalized, high-quality healthcare and are held to the same legal and ethical standards of care as physicians and surgeons.
Nurse Practitioner:
- Obtains/Maintains NP licenses in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut (if applicable)
- FNP Required
- Obtains/Maintains board certification as a NP in specialty area of practice
- Experience with injections, aspirations, and casting
- ACLS/BLS via American Heart Association
Physician Assistant:
- Obtains/Maintains PA license in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut (if applicable)
- Obtains/Maintains current NCCPA certification
- Experience with injections, aspirations, and casting
- ACLS/BLS via American Heart Association
Both:
- Utilizes evidence-based practice
- Committed to best practices; maintains clinical competency
