MaineHealth is offering a limited-time sign-on bonus: up to $10,000 for experienced RNs with 1-3 years of experience, and up to $20,000 for those with over 3 years of experience!
· Bonus eligibility applies to candidates hired into full or part-time RN positions; prorated for part-time. Per diem hires are ineligible.
· Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former employees are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation.
R3 at Maine Medical Center is an adult Medical-Surgical unit serving patients 18 and over, including a section with 6 intermediate care beds. The unit primarily cares for general surgical patients, with specialties in vascular, bariatric, abdominal, trauma, wound management, and burns. Inpatient experience is preferred.
This is a full-time day shift role, consisting of three 12-hour shifts.
Position Summary

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of nursing care, across inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory, or community settings.
