CARIN Alliance is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Trainer to support home-based primary and palliative care teams by onboarding and coaching NPs in delivering high-quality, patient-first care.

In this role, you’ll conduct onboarding and ongoing education for NPs on in-home assessments and chronic disease management, train clinicians on telehealth workflows and documentation, and mentor new clinicians to uphold safety and standards.

Competenze

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with primary care and/or palliative care experience.
• Strong home-based assessment and chronic disease management skills.
• Proficient with telehealth workflows and compliant documentation.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and evaluate clinician competency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to coach, mentor, and evaluate clinician competency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary care teams.
