Black Women's Mental Health Institute seeks a Nurse Practitioner Trainer to educate, onboard, and mentor Nurse Practitioners delivering home-based primary and palliative care to medically complex, home-limited patients.

You will lead hands-on clinical training in patient homes, coach best practices in chronic disease management and palliative care, support telehealth delivery and documentation, and strengthen care coordination with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

• Must hold NP credential and provide primary/palliative care experience.
• Proven teaching and clinical coaching abilities.
