Favorite Healthcare Staffing, Inc. in Arlington Heights, IL seeks an RN Clinical Nurse Practice Specialist for its ICU team. This permanent, direct-hire role is full-time with day shifts, Monday–Friday.

You will provide advanced clinical guidance, lead quality improvement efforts, and support nursing staff in developing patient care plans while applying evidence-based practice and regulatory standards. Requirements include an Illinois RN license, a Master's in Nursing (DNP preferred), 5+ years

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• Master's in Nursing; DNP preferred.
• At least five years of clinical experience in a hospital, medical center, or academic setting.
• Current nursing specialty certification required; must obtain within one year if not held.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical expertise & guidance within a specialized nursing practice area.
• Evaluate clinical practices, identify improvement opportunities, & lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Support nursing staff in developing & modifying patient care plans to promote safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Apply current research, evidence-based practices, & regulatory standards to improve clinical outcomes.
• Develop, implement, & evaluate nursing education programs, staff competencies, and professional development initiatives.
• Mentor & coach nurses & clinical educators, fostering professional growth & continuous learning.
