Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license (single or multi-state) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical thinking and decisiveness.
• Proficiency in clinical technology and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and patient preferences.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Ensure documentation of care and support team collaboration through interdisciplinary rounds and meetings.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development and professional growth.
• Champion evidence-based practice, contribute to protocol development, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Support efficient resource utilization and proactive patient care planning.
