Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT (Multi-state)
• BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalents
• ACLS - Advanced Life Support or equivalents
• Minimum 2 years current experience in specified area of practice; computer/data entry experience; Epic and 3M experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation with evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates care through interdisciplinary rounds and timely documentation.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Participates in performance improvement and shared governance.
• Supports protocols to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
