Qualifications

• RN license required; nursing diploma or associate degree acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; 2+ years' experience preferred.
• PHASE 1 PACU or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication and collaboration skills essential.

Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care PACU setting, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care according to standards.
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Utilizes critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
This safety-sensitive position requires alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree, RN license, no prior experience required.
  Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, 2+ years of experience, PHASE 1 PACU or critical care experience.
  Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills essential.
