Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examinations per physician preferences.
• Record vital signs and assist with procedures such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and injections.
• Assist physicians with procedures and provide patient education.
• Handle triage calls, pre-authorizations, referrals, and prescription renewals.
• Perform clerical duties and communicate test results to patients as directed.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms.
