Job summary

Tampa General Hospital, Inc. in Tampa, FL, is seeking a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care across surgical, emergency and ICU settings.

Under general supervision, you will plan and implement patient care, document assessments and communicate goal-directed plans while upholding patient rights. Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, Florida RN licensure, ACLS, and at least 6 months of Emergency or ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of Emergency or ICU experience.
• ASC experience preferred.
• Operating Room experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients.
• Plan and implement nursing care; document nursing assessments; identify and report situations requiring further intervention; formulate and communicate goal-directed plan of care.
• Assure patient rights are respected and maintained.
