Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Clinical Nurse Navigator, on-site, full-time to coordinate and deliver compassionate care from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. You will support patients and providers, review clinical information, prepare charts for consultations and procedures, and guide patients through next steps with clinical readiness.

Active RN with BSN is required; experience with complex chronic disease is highly preferred.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLINICAL NURSE NAVIGATOR

This is a full-time nursing position working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

As our Clinical Nurse Navigator, you\'ll help ensure patients receive coordinated, efficient, and compassionate care. You\'ll assess patient needs, review clinical information, prepare charts for consultations and procedures, and collaborate with providers and care teams to promote clinical readiness. You\'ll serve as a trusted guide, helping patients navigate next steps, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their experience with MIPS.
