Job summary

Tufts Medicine's Clinical Manager oversees the daily clinical and administrative operations at Lowell General, Main Campus. You will coordinate staff schedules, allocate resources, and ensure care aligns with our mission and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, leading interdisciplinary rounds, and driving quality improvement while managing budgets and operational processes for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure.
• 5 Years of RN Experience with at least 1 year as a charge/lead RN.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinical and administrative operations of designated unit(s).
• Prepares staff schedules, requests, and allocates resources.
• Ensures patient care aligns with Tufts Medicine goals and mission.
• Supervises staff by evaluating performance and providing feedback.
• Leads and participates in interdisciplinary rounds and teams.
• Develops and monitors operating and capital budgets and improves efficiency.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of nursing care per standards.
