Job summary

Holy Cross Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the ICU in Silver Spring. You will lead frontline staff, coordinate training and staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving high-quality, safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team.

You must hold a BSN, have an RN license for MD or a compact state, and demonstrate ICU leadership experience. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program: BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license by Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State required.
• Prior relevant leadership experience in an ICU setting preferred (Charge or Supervisor).
• 5 years of ICU RN experience preferred.

• Provides operation and optimization leadership to professional frontline staff, supervisors and managers.
• Retains accountability for staff coordination, training, hiring, performance, regulatory compliance and results of the ICU.
• Collaborates with larger teams of health professionals to plan for long-term patient care needs.

Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Position Purpose:The Clinical Nurse Manager works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the ICU to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. Pay rate:

Pay rate: $41.46 - $64.31Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
