Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced, Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support our oncology nursing team. You will work closely with Ralph Boccia, MD, FACP, CCBD’s Medical Director and AON’s Medical Director of Research. A board-certified oncologist and hematologist and nationally recognized clinical-research leader, Dr. Boccia helps drive our commitment to innovative, patient-centered care. Job Description Summary:

Qualifications:

Certifications/Licenses :

• Unencumbered RN License in Maryland or multi-state licensure

• Oncology Nurse certification (OCN) preferred.

• Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.

Experience :

• Three (3) years of nursing leadership experience preferred.

• Five (5) years of experience in the healthcare field in a clinic or hospital setting. Oncology experience preferred.
