Job summary

The Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders (CCBD) in Bethesda, MD, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the oncology nursing team. You will oversee daily clinical operations, direct staffing and workflow for nurses and clinical staff, and coach teams toward exceptional patient care. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required or multi-state license.

We are seeking an experienced, Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support our oncology nursing team. You will work closely with Ralph Boccia, MD, FACP, CCBD's Medical Director and AON's Medical Director of Research. A board-certified oncologist and hematologist and nationally recognized clinical-research leader, Dr. Boccia helps drive our commitment to innovative, patient-centered care.

Certifications/Licenses :

• Unencumbered RN License in Maryland or multi-state licensure
• Oncology Nurse certification (OCN) preferred.

Experience :

• Three (3) years of nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in the healthcare field in a clinic or hospital setting. Oncology experience preferred.
