Job summary

The Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders in Bethesda, Maryland, seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support our oncology nursing team. You will oversee daily clinical operations, coach staff, and coordinate emergency response to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires an MD-licensed RN in Maryland (or multi-state licensure) and oncology nursing certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN License in Maryland or multi-state licensure
• Oncology Nurse certification (OCN) preferred
• Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required

We are seeking an experienced, Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support our oncology nursing team. You will work closely with Ralph Boccia, MD, FACP, CCBD's Medical Director and AON's Medical Director of Research. A board-certified oncologist and hematologist and nationally recognized clinical-research leader, Dr. Boccia helps drive our commitment to innovative, patient-centered care.

Experience:
