You will oversee staff development, conduct performance reviews, and support professional governance while maintaining direct patient care with evidence-based practices and coordinated teamwork.

Competenze

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN must be obtained within four years of hire/promotion.

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise during shifts and supervise unit staffing and resources.
• Lead change, scheduling, staff competency, orientation, and performance reviews.
