Intermountain Health's St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide shift-based leadership and clinical expertise, supervise staff, ensure appropriate staffing, and support governance.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN required within four years of hire/promotion, unless an existing education agreement applies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise unit staffing and resources.
• Schedule caregivers and approve/deny time off based on patient needs.
• Support professional governance and staff competency development.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and ensure policy compliance.
• Facilitate staff performance reviews and recognition; address corrective action as needed.
• Promote safety, quality and patient experience across the unit.
