Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assumes delegated operational accountability for clinical performance, staffing, quality outcomes, patient experience, and team engagement.
Collaborates with the Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality, patient- and family-centered care.
Leads rounding, provides real-time feedback and service recovery, and monitors safety and quality metrics.
Develops emerging leaders through mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.
Ensures regulatory standards and survey readiness; supports accreditation efforts.
Manages onboarding, orientation, and competency validation; drives performance improvement.
