Shirley Ryan AbilityLab seeks a part-time Clinical Nurse Leader to oversee micro-system outcomes for a defined patient group. The role blends administrative responsibilities with direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
You will collect data, implement plans of care, monitor progress, and work with education and practice to improve outcomes. Requires MSN, CNL certification or progress, Illinois RN license, and CPR.
Competenze
- MSN or equivalent from an accredited nursing program.
- National certification as Clinical Nurse Leader, or completion within one year.
- Active Illinois RN license and CPR certification.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant nursing experience.
Mansioni
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients, including specialized treatments and medications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient and family goals.
- Collect and analyze nursing outcomes; report to management for performance improvement.
- Orient patients and families to SRAlab services and coordinate handoffs on discharge.
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities and resolve interdepartmental issues as needed.
