Job summary

BayCare Health System in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a Clinical Nurse II - PCU for a full-time, core float position across Region 3 hospitals. You will provide independent nursing care for a group of patients, perform the nursing process, and collaborate with care teams.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, an associates or diploma, 2 years PCU experience; a Bachelor's is preferred. Shift is 3x12-hour days, no on-call, weekend rotations every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required.
• RN license required; BLS certification required.
• 2 years of PCU RN experience in acute care.
• Nursing Specialty Certification preferred.

Location: Float between a region of hospitals.

Region 3 includes Bartow Regional Medical Center, South Florida Baptist, Winter Haven Hospitals

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No (3x12 hour shifts per week)

Shift Hours: 6:45AM- 7:15PM

On Call: No

Weekend Work: Every 3rd weekend to include 2 Sunday shifts in 6-week schedule
