The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) at the CN II level at Sharp HealthCare provides patient-centered care within a high-acuity Medical-Surgical unit. This role requires advanced nursing competencies, autonomous practice, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Shift is 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a 12/36-hour pattern; minimum two weekend shifts every four weeks; CNA contract under CNA CBA.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required (Board of RN)
• Chemotherapy experience in Oncology preferred
• BSN or ADN acceptable per qualifications

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient-centered care on a Medical-Surgical unit.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Document care activities accurately in the EHR.
• Provide education to patients and families and participate in clinical education of staff.
