Sharp HealthCare's Medical-Surgical unit seeks an experienced CN II RN to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting. You will assess patients, administer meds, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.

The role requires a BSN or 2 years RN Med-Surg experience, CA RN license, BLS, and oncology chemotherapy/Immunotherapy credentials. Strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or 2 years of RN Med-Surg experience.
• Oncology chemotherapy experience required.
• California RN license required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• ONS chemotherapy immunotherapy certificate required.
• ONC or CMSRN preferred; Oncology certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor responses.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure safe, timely care.
• Document care accurately in the EHR.
• Provide education to patients and families; advocate for evidence-based practices.
