Mass General Brigham seeks a Clinical Educator/Instructor MS for per diem work in the Central Center for Nursing Excellence. The role leads orientation, training, and professional development, advancing evidence-based nursing practice across units.

The educator collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, mentors staff, and supports competency and regulatory readiness. Onsite duties occur at Mass General Brigham facilities with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• MSN, DNP, or PhD required or to be attained within designation period.
• Current MA RN licensure required.
• Experience leading nursing education and staff development.
• Ability to apply evidence-informed practice in teaching.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate orientation and staff development activities.
• Deliver and assess nursing education programs across units.
