Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Idaho.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work with Education Manager to provide education in accordance with regulatory bodies and hospital requirements.
• Demonstrate strong clinical leadership and educate nursing staff at the bedside to move practice from novice to expert.
• Use evidence-based practice to enhance the quality of clinical care across the continuum.
• Model and maintain excellence in clinical and professional expertise.
