Ardent Health Services seeks a night shift, full-time Progressive Care (PCU) Registered Nurse in Pocatello, ID. This role focuses on direct patient care and coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will support providers, guide clinical staff, and uphold current standards, guidelines, and regulations within a busy PCU setting at Portneuf-related facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho RN license is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers.
• Assist providers in delivering world-class medical care.
• Lead and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure standards and regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the providers, you are delegated the autonomous authority, responsiblity, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties. Responsible to provide direct patient care and assist the providers in the delivery of world-class medical care. Responsible to be a leader to other clinical staff members. Nursing practice must be within current standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the center.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Current licensureasa Registered Nursein the State of Idaho
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Obtain ACLS certification within six monthsof hire and maintain as current.
