Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead DHLN orientation and coordinate competency-based orientation documents.
• Support onboarding, revalidation and ongoing educational needs identified from rounds.
• Teach life support courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS) and其他 department classes.
• Develop and update educational plans, materials, and programs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of educational programs and promote evidence-based practice.
