Paycom - ATS is seeking a clinical educator leader to oversee education, orientation, competency validation, and regulatory readiness across departments in Emmett, Idaho. This role shapes evidence-based practice and mentors staff while coordinating across CMS and state requirements.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Quality, Infection Prevention, and Clinical Managers to meet educational needs and develop preceptors and emerging leaders in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ acute and emergency care experience.
• Current Idaho RN license.
• Direct patient care in a clinical setting within the past 3 years.
• Instructor certifications are preferred or obtained within one year.
• Familiarity with Radiology, Laboratory, Infusion, Family Medicine, and Surgical Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual clinical education plan aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and department onboarding with HR as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and validate annual competencies.
• Coordinate Clinical Skills Days and monthly simulation activities.
• Administer learning assignments, monitor completion, and maintain compliance tracking through the organization’s educational platform.
• Maintain education records for CMS, DNV, OSHA, and state requirements.
