Job summary

Ascension Living in Wichita, KS seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a daytime, full-time clinic role. You will provide direct participant care including triage, blood draws and wound care, supporting the care team with after-hours on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include participating in IDT plans and care conferences, performing assessments in settings such as PACE Clinic or Adult Day Center, and educating participants, families, and caregivers. RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire date.
• Registered Nurse license required prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct participant care including acute triage, blood draws and wound care.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) plan of care and update changes as necessary.
• Attend IDT care plan meetings and participant/family meetings; may perform assessments in settings such as PACE Clinic or Adult Day Center.
