Ascension Living HOPE in Wichita, KS is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a day shift, full-time role in the Clinic department. The position focuses on direct participant care, triage, blood draws, and wound care.

You will participate in IDT care planning, educate patients and families, and may travel to various care settings as needed. A strong nursing background and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license at time of hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct participant care including triage, blood draws, and wound care.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Attend IDT care plan meetings and educate participants and families.
