Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in the United States seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will implement evidence-based practices to improve safety and outcomes, while partnering with leaders to foster teamwork and service excellence.

In this role you will support engagement through nursing strategies, including rounds, coaching staff, and providing training to elevate performance and staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Nevada.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NRP and AWHONN fetal monitoring required.
• STABLE required; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $50.27 - $76.90 / hour

Job Summary And Qualifications

• You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• You will operationalize evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
• You will collaborate with subject matter experts and other leaders to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
• You will support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
• You will function as a resource person for staff members and provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent. Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required
• AWHONN Intermediate/Advanced Fetal Monitoring required
• STABLE requiredNon-Violent Crisis Intervention certification required within 6 months of hire
• 2+ years applicable experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
