Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care by liaising with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage nursing staff schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure smooth department operation.
• Assist in development and implementation of nursing protocols, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular team meetings to address concerns and communicate updates related to patient care or departmental issues.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance and conduct performance reviews as required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates with relevant experience considered
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or specialized healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask effectively

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
