Job summary

ICU Medical Inc seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant to deliver training on clinical products and services. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Nurses, Pharmacists, IT, and other teams to ensure successful deployment and education of infusion devices and related software.

Responsibilities include leading nursing initiatives, supporting EHR integrations, evaluating workflow, and delivering education to clinicians.

Qualifications

Must be self-motivated and well-organized to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of leading WebEx/virtual meetings is highly preferred.
Analytical skills and knowledge of statistics are desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical nursing initiatives while coordinating with Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, PM and Materials Management.
Support integration of infusion devices with EHR vendors for accurate bedside medication administration.
Assess current clinical workflows and advise on future-state improvements.
Plan, execute, and follow up on education for hospital clinicians on infusion devices.
Escalate risks and customer issues to the project manager; provide go-live support.
Present to diverse audiences in various settings.
Serve as Clinical Subject Matter Expert for internal and external customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
