Job summary

ICU Medical Inc is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead clinical nursing activities and partner with Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, PM, and Materials Management. The role focuses on clinical training, technology integration of infusion devices with EHRs, and optimizing workflow in hospital settings.

The position requires an RN with 7+ years of ICU/trauma/ED experience, BSN, and US RN licensure; MSN preferred. Occasional travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• RN with 7+ years experience in oncology/trauma/ED/ICU
• BSN required; MSN preferred; valid US RN license
• Experience with infusion systems, safety software and EMR a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration under deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical nursing efforts and collaborate with Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, PM and Materials Management.
• Support technology integration of ICU Medical infusion devices with EHR vendors for accurate bedside medication administration.
• Assess current clinical workflows and advise on future-state improvements.
• Plan and deliver education to hospital clinicians on infusion devices; ensure effective go-live support.
• Escalate risks and provide go-live and post go-live customer support for ICU Medical products and solutions.
• Present to diverse audiences; act as Clinical SME for customers and internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned
