Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide training and clinical consultation on ICU Medical’s products, software, and services. You will join a cross-functional team including Project Managers, Nurses and Pharmacists to support healthcare facilities.

The role involves leading education on infusion devices, collaborating across clinical and IT teams, and presenting to diverse audiences. Travel up to 20–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's preferred.
• Current US RN license is mandatory.
• 7+ years RN experience, preferably oncology/trauma/ED or critical care.
• Experience with infusion systems, safety software, and EMR is a plus.
• Experience leading or participating in virtual meetings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nursing Lead, collaborating with Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, PM, and Materials Management.
• Assist in technology integration of infusion devices with EHR vendors.
• Assess current state clinical workflow and advise on future state.
• Plan, execute and follow up education of hospital clinicians on infusion devices.
• Escalate risks and customer issues to the project manager; provide go-live support.
• Present to diverse audiences in various settings.
• Serve as Clinical Subject Matter Expert for internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
